Ashley’s Brewery Throw Down Semi-Finals!

‎1 week until the Ashley’s Westland Brewery Throw Down Semi-Finals! Wednesday, Feb. 22nd 6pm til Midnight Saugatuck vs. Shorts Brewery with that sells the most pints that night wins! Saugatuck will be featuring: Sinapore I.P.A., Oval Beach Blonde, E.S.B. Amber, Black Pale Ale, Neapolitan Milk Stout and Hop on a Blonde Ale.

Ashley’s Throwdown Jan 25th, 6pm – Midnight

Wednesday Night, January 25th, 6pm – Midnight Michigan Brewing Co. is competing in the Ashley’s Beer Throwdown!

Ashley’s Westland is the place, Michigan Brewing Company vs. Victory Brewing Company are the beers! The most pints sold that night goes to the next round of the competition.

Ashley’s Brewery Throwdown – Round 1

Ashley’s Westland is having a 2012 Invitational Beer Throwdown! 8 Michigan Brewries are participating in a head to head competition and moving through a March Madness bracket system to crown a winner in late April. Each night the breweries compete, the winner will be decided by total number of pints sold from 6pm – midnight.

Vietnam Moving Wall is in Westland July 21st -24th

The Moving Wall, the half-size replica of the Washington, D.C. Vietnam Veterans Memorial, has been on exhibit throughout the country for the past 27 years. This summer, the monument will travel to Westland and be open for viewing 24 hours every day from July 21-25.
