AVOCADO BUTTER INGREDIENTS:

2 Ripe avocados- skins removed and pitted 2 Tablespoons salted butter 2 Teaspoons ground cumin

3-tablespoons brown sugar 1-teaspoon salt 1-tablespoon pepper 1-teaspoon garlic powder 1- teaspoon onion powder 1/4 –teaspoon cayenne pepper 1- large minced garlic clove

Brooklyn Chili Burgers With Smoky Barbecue Sauce With Oil And Vinegar Slaw

Ingredients

BBQ Sauce:

1 cup ketchup 2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar 2 tablespoons dark amber maple syrup 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar 1 teaspoon smoked sweet paprika, 1/3 palmful Coarsely ground black pepper  

Oil and Vinegar Slaw:

3 tablespoons cider vinegar 2 tablespoons

Beer Margarita recipe

6oz can Frozen Limeade concentrate 12oz bottle Corona or Corona Lt. 6oz Vodka 6oz Water

In a large pitcher mix the Corona and limeade mixture (follow the directions on the frozen limeade except substitute one can of water with one can of vodka – cheap is fine). Serve in frosted mugs with ice.
