Bass Ale
Founded in 1777 by William Bass in Burton, England, Bass Pale Ale was exported throughout the British Empire with the distinctive red triangle becoming the UK’s first registered trademark. Bass’ distinctive caramel notes with hints of nuts and plum has made it a staple ingredient and the “Tan” in a Black and Tan.
